26 x 24 cm
History:
This original lithograph was made on the model of the ten subjects specially created by Jouve to illustrate the biography dedicated to him by Charles Terrasse, published in 1948. However, these are not pages from the book or excerpts from the sequences of this book but original lithographs, printed separately by the printer Lucien Détruit shortly after the publication of the book. All the prints printed separately are made on Japanese paper, bearing the artist's panther-headed stamp and justified by the artist's hand.
