Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale at the Carrousel du Louvre

A new international art market event

From November 9 to 13, 2022, the Alexis Pentcheff Gallery will participate in a new fair of international scope. Combining the young and promising Fine Arts Paris fair with the historic Biennale des Antiquaires, created in 1956 under the patronage of André Malraux, this new event will take place in the Carrousel du Louvre (before moving to the Grand Palais in November 2024, once the work is completed).

86 exhibitors illustrating themselves in a dozen specialties: ancient painting, modern, sculpture, jewelry, primitive arts, furniture, antiques, bibliophily ... will be gathered to present exceptional pieces. The Marseille gallery will be present among these internationally renowned galleries in a scenography designed by Jacques Garcia.

A Fine Arts Week, organized in partnership with Parisian museums

This event for the art market is also part of a broader aim, contributing to the promotion of Paris as a cultural capital and a rich program of cultural activities is thus supported by Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale. A Fine Arts Week is organized in close partnership with some twenty institutions and museums in the Ile de France region, in order to create a synergy between museums, the art market, collectors and art lovers.

Our selection of paintings for Fine Arts Paris & La Biennale

As part of this Parisian art fair, the gallery will present a selection of modern art, paintings and works on paper by artists who are regulars on its walls such as Henri Martin, Henri Manguin or Edouard Vuillard. It will also propose a selection of paintings and surrealist drawings by Salvador Dali, Victor Brauner, André Masson or Léopold Survage.
